Chef Kristian Bretten Vangen and his crew entered the stage to bring home the very first Michelin star for Bergen. Located in Bergen Børs, Bare is the result of a philosophy and love for the raw materials the nature provides. Organic commodities and local small-scale producers at its finest defines the menu, all wrapped in sober, Nordic surroundings.

A new star in town

In less than a year, Speilsalen at Britannia Hotel in Trondheim cleared the stairway to the star gazing heaven, receiving one star at the Michelin ceremony in their very own hometown.
